A most entertaining, lively and informative talk by someone whose career path is inspiring, Don Billington, world-renowned horticulturalist and bromeliad expert, holds three National Collections of plants from the Bromeliad family. His plant collections are housed in the restored greenhouses and conservatory at Walton Hall and Gardens, South Warrington, where visitors are always welcome. Don is currently running an RHS trial on the Tillandsia genus of plants.

Among Don’s many awards are ten Gold medals from RHS Chelsea and he is now an RHS Judge.
